Shipping & Returns
We use USPS as our preferred shipping carriers. USPS orders require a physical street address; we cannot ship to a PO Box via this method.
Order processing periods usually take 1-3 business days; address verification and payment approval must be received prior to shipping any order.
Delivery time does not include weekends or holidays.
Domestic Rate (shipping within the U.S.):
Orders up to $50 - $3.95 shipping charge
Orders over $50 - $5.95 shipping charge
International Priority Rate (shipping outside the U.S.):
Orders up to $150- $34.95 shipping charge
Orders over $150 - $72.95 shipping charge
Shipment notification and tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships.
Life Community Church has played a large role in our friendship and business, so we are offering members of LCC a special pickup rate. You can pay $2 and select to pick up your order from the LCC Info Desk, SUNDAYS ONLY before and after service.
The $2 pickup fee will be donated directly to Royal Family Kids Columbia, a yearly sleep-away camp that serves foster children in the Monroe, St. Clair & Randolph County areas. The main goal of this non-profit organization is to provide foster children a "royal" experience, where they are made to feel special, to improve their self-esteem, and give them hope for a better future.
To ensure that your shopping experience with us is top notch, all items are quality checked before shipping. We encourage you to read our shipping & returns policy before placing your order with Grey & Grace and feel free to contact us with any questions you may have.
Grey & Grace honors an up-to 15 calendar day refund for all returned items. Costs associated with shipping items back for a return or exchange are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We advise you to use a traceable shipping method such as UPS to protect and ensure your returned item(s). We will not accept liability for lost returns. Please email the tracking number to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges on international returns.
Original shipping costs are not refundable.
Returns are processed within 10 days after we receive your return.
These are possible reasons for exchange:
- Received incorrect order
- Received the wrong size
- Received damaged product
For all products that arrive damaged, contact us immediately at email@example.com. An exchange will be issued. Once the damaged product is received, a matching replacement product will be shipped.
Items that do not qualify for a return:
- ALL SALE/CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE
- Items purchased during a special sale when discount is 40% or greater are considered FINAL SALE
- To ensure the quality of our products, Grey & Grace does NOT accept any returns or exchanges on earrings.
